This introductory package of two coaching sessions is an ideal way to kickstart the process of clarifying your goals and reclaiming your wellbeing. It offers you the initial support, guidance and motivation that you need to start getting your life back on track. It’s also a great way to get a taste of what I do and how I work, before making a bigger commitment and investment.

Includes:

  • An introductory session of 1.5 hours, to begin reviewing and redefining your life.
  • An initial assessment of your goals, priorities and obstacles.
  • A weekly planning worksheet and tracker to help monitor your progress.
  • A follow-up session of 1.5 hours, one month later, to review your goals.

’Review & Restore’ INTENSIVE PACKAGE

This more in-depth programme of 12 coaching sessions is the longer-term choice for those ready to make a bigger commitment to pursuing their goals and dreams. A balanced life is perfectly possible with the right support and the right approach. This package is designed to give you exactly what you need to transition from being stressed and overwhelmed to being fully in control and in tune with your life.

Includes:

  • An introductory session of 1.5 hours, to begin reviewing and redefining your life.
  • An initial assessment of your goals, priorities and obstacles.
  • Creation of a ‘life vision’, using a customised workbook to guide you through your journey.
  • Defining an easy-to-follow plan for you to achieve your goals.
  • A further 11 weekly sessions of 1 hour each.
  • A weekly planning worksheet and tracker to help monitor your progress.
  • Additional materials to support you in specific areas, where needed.
  • Online support available between sessions – by email, text or phone.
